Hi Ronnie,

It was received by airline on September 10. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello.... as far as i know that "displaced from Office of Exchange-Guangzhou" means that it is on its way to its destination country.... but what happend if AFTER that it show "Departure from regional sorting center"...

Searching on the web i realized that it could that it is going go through Beiging.. but the last update was the 2 of december.

Parcel keeps being returned to Office of Exchange in Shenyang (1 reply)

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.
