It's still stuck at the processing center of Kunming now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

My package CJ492100167US has been stuck at the Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau for over nearly three weeks now, the message it get is "the processing center is closed". Is this due to Covid restrictions and if so do we know when it will re-open? Or, do I need to have the recipient fill out custom forms to claim it? This is a gift, not a commercial package, thanks!

Tracking More says my shipment has been stuck since March 14 in the ChuLi Center (see history below). I assume that's still in China? But it also says US. Chinapost says it arrived at "processing center". Another tracking app says "Shipment arrived at sorting facility".
Seller has failed to respond to repeated emails (no phone #) requesting status. Pls help.

I got an email at 4:00 a.m. this morning and it said my package was delivered to the addressee there is no package nobody can get into my complex until 9:00 in the morning so I don't know where the package was dropped off who has it or anything my money back my merchandise then my money back
