I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19. I first contacted the seller, then the post offices in Belgium and the Netherlands, and finally the airport and customs in Liege. No one can tell me why the shipment is stuck. I want some information, becouse there isn't logical explanation why the shipment from 01.12 in Liege is stucked and shipment from 02.12 in Liege is delivered in destination country.
My tracking number is LT642880165NL So far my package has been stuck there 2 weeks but I need it for easter in my hands. I also have a colleague whose package arrived at Liege on the same day as mine but it has already left Liege? Why was his package processed faster? How do the workers at Liege pick which packages to send first? Is it not first in first out? Is customs perhaps processing my package and why is there no notification about that? What is my package right now doing in Liege? Is it just sitting in its container or is it being processed and by what? How do I know if my package is lost or stolen? Is there a tracking notification for that(as in the sorting facility can't find my package and then they send a notification for that)? I don't want a refund, I want my package.
I would like to know why I don't receive any updates anymore after the package has land in Liege Linehaul and how long does it take to reach the Netherlands? I heard rumours that packages are mostly stuck for weeks in Liege... I cannot wait that long. This is the code: LT101615961NL
It usually stuck there for 20-40 days. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
