Stuck at Langley HWDC since October 13, 2021

I have a package being sent from the UK. The tracking app states that it is currently at Langley HWDC.
Tracking number: RL411568155GB
I'm not sure why it might be stuck as it is just a document.

Hi Lelo Mzimela,

You need to contact Royal Mail to check it for you. It should be delayed in UK for some reason.

My parcel has been held at Langley for almost a month and I can't think why as they are 4 small plastic wheel trims of minimal value.
