Stuck at handed over to airline for over 12 days.

My orders with the tracking numbers RB946492840SG and RB945755638SG. And they were to be delivered to India.
They have been stuck at "Handed over to airline" for over 12 days. I wanted to know where is my package exactky and has it left the country or not. Wanted to expediate the process if possible.! Help me get the exact status of my package.

Hi my tracking # is RV450491100CN
It made made it through Shenzhen, It took an airline departure to Hong Kong and since june 12, 2020 it was handed over to the airline and says “waiting for airline space” it has been like that for 17 days now, I checked to see if it maybe ended up in the USA but it has not. Can someone please tell me what is going on?
