Stuck at handed over to Airline

This is my first time ordering something from china through Aliexpress. Currently it is my 13th day waiting. my tracking got stuck at handed to the airline right now. What does this means.

Hello Daisy, i’ve seen that lots of people asking about the update on their package status. One of the comment in 1st page said that its 11 july and they havent received the package, last status was hand over to airline. So, i’m wondering if that the package will eventually on its way even if there is no update on the location status ?

It was delivered on Sep. 5. If you don't receive it, it may be delivered to some other place. You need to let the seller give you a solution. If the seller isn't helpful, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

It was delivered by airline on August 29 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It's in transit to Singapore now. As it's sent by 4PX, it needs to be transited from Singapore to Saudi Arabia. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Singapore.
