Stuck at Guangzhou Customs

Hi,
My packages are stuck at Guangzhou Customs over a week. Can you find out what happened to my packages? It’s over 64 days since I sent them from the US and I am not happy about this. It’s been over 2 months and still they are in transit.

Hi Ted,

The two packages should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

My package EJ254242853AU has been stuck at GUANGZHOU customs for three weeks now. Any idea when it might clear customs? It is being delivered to an address in Guangzhou.
