Hi Daisy,
The parcel is stuck in Xiamen customs. I was advised by you that the receiver should have got a notice from the Xiamen custom to declare the parcel. However, the receiver did not receive any notice/message. Please advise again on what the receiver needs to do.

Hi yhzyhz,

You need to let the receiver call China customs service number 12360 to check it.
