Hello. My item has been stuck at “assigned to transport” since August 31. The tracking number is EB751915302CN. Why is this? How much longer should I wait before I contact the seller?

My order has been assigned to transport for 14 days now and had no new updates. Why is it like this? I was told shipping to my address would take 15days total from order date.
It was handed over to the carrier transport on September 1 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
