Stuck at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None"

Hello,
I had placed two online order on may 2nd and may 4th and they are both stuck on "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" on may 15th and may 16th but there is no other updates on it if possible can you check into this? Tracking code: LN257068473CN and LN257538251CN

Hi Emanuel,

They are normal. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Wish order stuck at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" for more than a week (30 replies)

Hi,
I placed a Wish order on May 17th. That order had to be delivered by June 2nd. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from May 27th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. On June 2nd the status bar was suddenly decreased and the last update is still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None". The arrival date got extended to June 17th. Could you please look what is going on with order LX144102978CN?
