My package was originally sent at august 15 and it has been stuck for 23plus days at arrival at regional sorting center can i know what's happening please help me out

It's delayed in Beijing, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
