Stuck at airline receives it

2 parcels have been stuck at the airline receives for over a month. Is there a problem with these deliveries?

Hi Patrick,

They are sent by e-packet. E-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
