Hello, we have buyed a smart watch from "Express Your Life B.V., Netherlands" but since that was not the described Samsung watch we have ordered, but a no name one, we wanted to send it back as a obviously fraude/fake product.
What is more strange, we were asked by PayPal to send the retur package to the following address: Qianlin Yuntong Storage Park, No. 52, No. 22 Street, Qiantang New District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, Building 4, 3rd Floor, China Hangzhou, 1098BV NL.

Obviously, the package was "lost" and we wonder what can we do now.
Is the provided by PayPal adress, a correct one?

Hello! When I woke up this morning seeing that Wuhan finally was going back to normal I noticed that my package, who has been in transit since 18 January, now maybe over 90+ days, finally moved! But it seems that it went back to Wuhan. My country package finder last message was 'Insufficient or Incomplete Adress' which is strange since all my other packages came with the same address. I'm really confused and I really would like to know how to proceed since I've been waiting for a really long time. What should I do, will it come automatically or do I need to do something?
