After my seller reported to me that my parcels that was sent by him to me, was stolen on his side, he issued a reorder, but now he sent me exactly the same tracking numbers as the stolen parcels, IS THAT POSSIBLE?????

Hello, I believe that my package was either lost or stolen. I place the order November 23rd and it shipped November 28th but still hasn't arrived.
