I ordered product end of April and it’s still in china. Status hasn’t been updated since May . Tracking number is LS329503271CN

I have been waiting on my packages since April 16, 2020. I understand there is a pandemic going on but is there some kind of time frame that I might receive this package? on April 30, 2020 I placed an order that was being shipped from China to the united states. This order shipped on May 11, 2020 via your company. The shipment arrived in San Francisco California on May 28, 2020 and hasn't moved. My tracking number is as follows uj359532603cn. Please Locate my package and advise me when this package will arrive.
