The tracking info says my parcel was "Handed over to airline" on August 30th but it hasn't arrived here n UK and it's September 14th. Tracking number is: UM777814399CN I cannot contact the seller, can you help?

This is the tracking information available for UC471013365CN. It's sent by ordinary service and it couldn't be tracked when leaving the first station of China. It usually takes one or two months to reach and easy to be lost as it couldn't be tracked. As it has been over two months that you hasn't got it, it must be lost. You need to open a dispute to get your money back.
