Still not receive the parcel

Sir..can you please check my order.. the parcel was sent in april 08 2017.. still not arrive.. its been 4month.. when i track it only show "left the [Shenzhen international bulk mail processing center], the next station [Shenzhen]"... its been 4month nothing change.. this is my tracking code..

Hi almizwan,

04831294377 belongs to a China Post ordinary small packet plus. It's not registered, so China Post doesn't provide scanning service and tracking for the parcel. It's easy to lost on the way as it's without registration. In most cases, it takes two or three months to reach. If you couldn't recieve it within 4months, it may be lost on the way.
