Still not receive my parcel

Hi,
From the tracking number [LM665103941CN], it say that the item is in Alert status and will be send to proper vote. May i know what is happening here and when could i receive my item?
It already 2 weeks now

Hi wafeez,

You couldn't get it. Don't wait. It didn't leave China and has been delivered back to the sender and the sender has got it. You'd better contact the sender to send it again to you.
