Hi Nancy harris,

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was handed over to airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Chinapost tracking still shows parcel "handed to airline" on June 18. Destination is Canada. Tracking number is LZ078407551CN. If you can't track where the parcel is, at least provide the name of the airline you gave the parcel to.

Hi my tracking # is RV450491100CN
It made made it through Shenzhen, It took an airline departure to Hong Kong and since june 12, 2020 it was handed over to the airline and says “waiting for airline space” it has been like that for 17 days now, I checked to see if it maybe ended up in the USA but it has not. Can someone please tell me what is going on?
