You need to let the recipient contact China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and deliver it to the right address.

The delivery tracking page shows that the merchandise has arrived at my delivery address, however, this is not true. I have not been able to contact the shipping company because it appears that the tracking page you shared corresponds to an intermediary and not to the shipping company directly.

I ask that you contact the company in charge of last-mile delivery to request proof of delivery and verify where and to whom the merchandise was delivered.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
