Today is 23-May-18, but in tracking status is "Xiamen Processing Center, the export of mutual seal (domestic)" from 16-May-18 onward.
Anybody can please explain how much time it takes?

It's not common for it. You'd better contact the seller to let him call China Post service number 11183 to check it for you and give you an explanation.
