Hi Willcom,

There is no update for it after Jan.31. It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived in the US. You need to wait for more days to get update.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
