I am writing to try and get a status update on my package. Unfortunately, there has not been a status update since June 4th, 2020 and I am worried that it is still stuck or lost in the processing center.

It's has been 13 days since the last update. Please update the status for me, you informed that the expected day is around Aug 23rd to Aug 27th but I haven't received it yet
