It's delayed at the customs now due to the coronavirus. You'd better also contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Thanks Daisy, actually, Custom has been released the parcel after tax paid on 25 June, however, no more update then. Any further advice, thanks.
