Daisy, I don’t view this as an acceptable answer. You say it takes 15 days to leave China but it hasn’t moved in 40 days.
At what point will you admit that em there is a problem? How many days until then?

Between the status that it arrives in your country and it was delivered to air transport, there is no update in tracking information. This transition takes about 30-60 days due to the affect of coronavirus. You need to wait for more days to see.

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

My package has been on it's way sense march 8 and still nothing can you please tell me where my package it.
It was delivered to air transport on March 17 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 20-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
