Status shows 'Successfully Delivered' but I did not receive it

My tracking number is AQ525247468CN. Your tracking page shows that the parcel is delivered but I have not received it. There is also no note in my post box. I have checked with neighbours but nothing. Please check what happened to the delivery. Thank you.

Hi Gurbachan,

According to the tracking information, AQ525247468CN was delivered in Templestowe on September 2. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
