status says attempted delivery but it was never delivered

online it says the parcel has been attempted to be delivered, but no one has tried to deliver it to me. Can someone update the address so it gets to my apartment on time or can it be left in a post office

Rv114259795cn....tracking number. The status says "missed delivery/attempted delivery today" but i hav never got anything as since i have been home... so what to do now?

Call China Post service number 11185 (then press 8 for English service).
