I would like to know why my package can no longer be tracked, no updates appear and it says that it is still in China,
the tracking number is the following: EU810707373CN
It already has more than 1 month with the same state

Hi el_banderas,

It's delayed. I suggest you contact the seller to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
