Status of shipped item

I ordered an item from cooltechgadgets on 12/7/19. Tracking number is UW256236144CN - latest tracking says arrived at secondary US processing facility on 1/14/20, nothing since then. Please advise when I will receive package.

Hi Bonnie,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 14. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have a shipment from chine with reference number;
LZ108979087CN
It says it shipped around June 1, 202, but it never arrived in Canada. Delivery time was supposed to be 26 days maximum, but I suspect it would longer given the Virus state we are in.
The website all say the same thing. "Item was shipped on June 1, and is in transit.
Any additional info would be appreciated, as the seller does not seem to be able to source the item's location.
