Not sure how coronavirus is causing the delay. Yet it's 10+ days and hope to get an estimated date of delivery. Express Mail in EMS appears to be totally failed this time..

Still the same status.. When the world is working fine, EMS seems to be delayed for weeks without any hope.. Any chance of update even if it's a rough estimate?

My package's tracking ( EB719758715CN) has been stuck on "Departed from export office" for weeks now. I shipped it in May, it got updated to that on the 7th of June, now we are in July and I'm starting to wonder if it got lost somehow. Could you please look into it? I don't mind waiting, but I'm really afraid that it might've gotten lost.

It was delivered by airline on June 25 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package EE007913617BS only has “Departed export office “ from July 27, 2021. It is now August 25, 2021 and no further updates are available. I contacted the EMS local office where I sent it from in Nassau, Bahamas and they said to just keep checking. The package is going to the US and it has not been delivered.
