My package has been stuck in customs since 8/28 and nothing has changed nor have either the sender or I have been notified. I really need this package and have not heard about the status or why it is even being held in customs. Could I have an update regarding why it’s still in customs.

There should be problem for the item that makes it stuck at the customs. You need to let the seller contact the customs to check it. If you couldn't receive it in time, the seller should give you a solution at last.
