My package has now been in transit for 13 days. It as been sitting in ORD01Z for over 5 days. Where exactly is my package and when can I expect to receive it? This is ridiculous for it to take this long to receive it.

Last tracking information on Sep.14 shows it's still in transit in the US. It should be delivered in this week. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
