Good morning, I have been waiting for two packages that arrived in the US on July 7, 2020 to be delivered and they have shown no movement since. These are items that were ordered in May.

They have been stuck at the US second processing center since July 7. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within 10 days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
