I want to know when it will be dispached and why the delay?

Hi Jorge Rebelo,

It usually takes about 30-40 days to reach Portugal after it arrives in Liege-Linehaul. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. The arrival date got extended to June 26th. Could you please look what is going on with order WI000297647294FPL and WI000475170211FPL?
