My parcel number RB999911910SG current tracking status is Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to PK/KHI). Could someone please help me know approximately when it will reach me and whether the parcel is in Pakistan or not?

It's still in Singapore now. It usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in Pakistan after Despatched to Overseas from Singapore. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
