Hi Will,

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was handed over to the carrier transport. As it has been over three months, it may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get a solution.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
