Status of my package

Good day, I have a package traveling via SAL and until today it's been 46 days since I paid for my package to be shipped and it still hasn't even arrived in Canada yet? My tracking software hasn't updated its location in 11 days now so please help me determine where my package is currently.

Hi ayushisaries,

Package sent via SAL is very slow and takes about 90 days to be delivered. It may couldn't be tracked after it leaves for some stations. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
