Hello,
I have a tracking order of UT785671935CN. Could you please provide an update as to when I should receive it? I tracked the package and it states it is in Vancouver but it appears to be there for several months now.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th).
