My order status has been "In Transit" for several days now. What exactly does that mean? Order no. is LY908255920CN and I'd like some additional details and would like to know when I can expect my order to arrive at my home. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed the order now. Any additional information would be very much appreciated. This order was a birthday gift which is now over a week late.

Hi Bill Coppedge,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered to your place. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. You need to wait for more days to get update.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th).
