Amazon notified me that my order was shipped on December 22, 2016, and the expected delivery date is between January 4 and January 11. To date, I have not received the order and there is no trace of the shipment in the system (tracking number LM207187566CN). Can you provide me with an update on the shipment? Thank you!

It has been in Canada now. Canada Post is processing it and will deliver it to you in the next few days.
