First of all, I'm very happy to see that you replied to me back. At least I got a bottom line of this situation that I was looking for for many months(actually, 9 months)!

So, how I'm supposed to get a refund back now? Because the product has never reached me. I've mailed the merchant, 'Men's Luxury Boutique' more than 10 times, and still, I have not received their response regarding any refund. Could you please help me out with this? Or plz convey my message that I request them for a refund of £59.00(INR 5705.32). Please!
