My parcel with tracking number CM 870 010 196 DE has the status "EME" since May 17th, but neither has the receiver been contacted by customs nor was I, the sender. When can I expect the parcel to be delivered?

It takes more days for the customs to check it. You'd better wait for more days to see. The recipient in China can also contact Guangzhou customs to check it.

I placed a Wish order on May 17th. That order had to be delivered by June 2nd. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from May 27th).
