Hi, I would like to know the status of my parcel EE053873773MY. It has been at custom since 9 September. I contacted the receiver and was told they did not receive any contact or messages by custom. Is there a way for them to contact custom?

My tracking number is EV015213585CN. I never received the package within the expected timeframe. I had forgotten about it after awhile. I also never received any notices from customs.
