Status if my shipment

Hi shipment RG015482105CN is going with you but the status hasn’t changed in week and it say’s received by airline and it is supposed be an express delivery to Iceland. It was told that it would take 12 days to get to Iceland. When will my package get to me?

Hi Oliwia Lukasik,

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Ireland after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
