Status has not updated (stuck at sorting center?)

My package LN240833731CN has had the status “arrival at sorting center” since April 16th. It was initially updating me daily and it has not updated since then. When will my package arrive?

Hi Jeanie,

It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. It usualy takes about 30-60 days for it to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
