Hi,
I have sent a package on Dec. 17 to Beijing, China from Singapore. (RC716676711SG). However, there is no update. The recipient doesn’t receive any SMS. Can I know what should I do ? It’s an important birthday gift. Please please help.

It's waiting the receiver to pay for the the tax now. If the receiver doesn't pay for it, it couldn't be released.
