States Delivered but not delivered

I have an order number AQ523060071CN on on the searches it states it's been delivered but it hasn't, can you tell me which company in the UK would deliver the final stage to my door.

Hi Neil,

Royal Mail should deliver it to you in UK. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
