Specify Delivery location after attempted delivery

Can a room number be added to my package by China Post, to help specify a delivery location? The address is correct, I only need to add room 306, to make the shipping location more specific. Can this be done?

Hi Ariel,

I guess you need to call the China Post customer service hotline +86 10 11185 (press 8 after the call is got through for English service) if you want to add the room number.

Thank you for your answer. I called and pressed 8 and didn't not get customer service in English. Is there another way to get some help with adding a room number?
