So the shipper didn’t ship my package

He gave me this tracking number that shows LW515682834CN. It says logistics order created on the 19th from China post, but new updates. Does that mean that China is holding onto to the package or the shipper just has not shipped it yet.

The seller created the order on Feb. 19 and it's handed over to China Post today. There is tracking information now:
Number: LW515682834CN
Package status: In transit
Country: China -> United States
2020-03-04 09:13, Putian City, leaving the "Yutian International Longqiao Business Department", the next stop , "Yutian City Post District Center"
2020-03-04 08:56, Putian City, "Yutian International Longqiao Business Department" has received
2020-02-19 19:29, Logistics order created

Hello,
My package isn't moving first it said it was here in Chicago now it's stuck at Airplane arriving in the port. I did talk to the shipper he did ship it out. Can someone tell me what's going on? Here's the tracking number. LW262922552CN

Can you please tell me where my package is? This is from back in April. The shipper keeps pushing it off and saying it’s on it’s way. The tracking says it expired and the shipper is now saying it’s in the US but i can not find anything with the post office. Tracking is LS323925427CN. Thanks
