Small Package Shipping but Item is 30Kg?

Dear,
I am hoping you can clarify something for me. I am awaiting a shipment UJ497868866CN and have been advised that this is China Post Small Package. My concern is that the item being shipped is actually 30Kg (67 lbs.) so am hoping you can advise if I need ot reach out to the shipper?

Hi Alan,

It's sent by as an ordinary packet that couldn't be tracked after it moves for some stations in China. It can be a package weight 30kg.

Tracking number UE902823463CN was last updated on Mar. 4th. I was told there will be no more updates because the item was sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet. Is there any way to know if it actually left China? My second issue: I'm thinking of re-ordering the item and having it sent International Standard shipping. Will the International Standard Shipping take just as long as the Ordinary Small Packet? Are parcels that are being shipped as International Standard Shipping actually leaving China yet? If so, do you know how many business days it will take for them to get to Canada? Thank you.
